Yumi is a light red that bursts with bright cherry and strawberry flavours and is wrapped in light tannin and moreish acidity. The fruit if from the Hope forest vineyard at the very south end of the Adelaide Hills. All of the fruit is hand harvested and then mostly destemmed into tank for fermentation. The fruit is then pressed into 500L barrels for 8 months and then bottled to continue its evolution in bottle.

The wine is best enjoyed with a chill.
